Buses run to Izmir and Balikesir every hour of day; buses from Burhaniye to Istanbul, Çanakkale, Bursa and Ankara have
round trips until 24:00 every day.
Turkish Air Lines organizes round trips twice a week starting June 15 until September 15 from Burhaniye to Istanbul
every year. Depending season, some private airlines organize trips from Burhaniye to Ankara.
From the TCDD ( Turkish Railways ) Camp in Akçay, from where buses run to Balikesir all the time, it is possible to use
railway from Burhaniye to Ankara.
From Burhaniye, which is located in the center of the Gulf Area, it is possible to find minibuses running to the
touristic sites like Ayvalik, Edremit, Akçay and Altinoluk every hour of the day.
In summer months, round trip motorboat trips are organized from Ören to Akçay. Boat trips are organized from Iskele to
Cunda and Assos.
